I wasn't sure since I hadn't heard of the company, but after a bit of online research, it seemed legitimate. Items looked to have been shipped from the manufacturers/suppliers to the Canadian border and then Bio Beds shipped to me. Items arrived in reasonable time and they were at competitive prices for items that are hard to find in Canada.
