My experience with Apollo Moda was very negative. The company sent the wrong item, failed to respond to initial customer service inquiries, and only engaged after a chargeback was initiated. Even after I followed their return instructions and provided tracked shipment, they falsely claimed the item was not returned and used abusive and unprofessional language in their communication. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
