If you are the shipper then you are responsible for the shipping process and autoround doesn't take responsibility for the shipping process. I never received my order just a empty box and i went to the post office to complain and they showed me a picture of thats the way they received it. So autohouse sent me a empty box and when i called autohouse they can't do anything about it. Never buying from them again
