Their customer service was exceptional, answering my query in minutes few and even upgrading my order to ensure that it arrived in time.. I ordered two different coffees as a gift, shots fired and after hours, both made a lovely rich brew, and I had a lot of compliments from everyone who tried them. Quick and easy……. However I do like to buy 300 bags at a time to enjoy a small discount. But the last three times I’ve ordered, the 300’s are out of stock. But I can get 3x100’s without the discount. Either remove it from the store or get it to adjust at the checkout.
