Very disappointing experience. I received a damaged wall clock with scratches, color/paint transferring, and a bent body near the battery compartment. I contacted customer support immediately and sent an email requesting a return and refund.
It has been five days, and I have still not received any response. The lack of communication and after-sales support is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I expected much better service.
I would not recommend buying from this seller
