I always have the best experience with Holly and Ivy. Every time I have ordered anything it has always come in a very timely manner and always had it delivered very carefully. The only bad experience I had was my last delivery which the delivery man didn't even deliver my item properly he just left it at the bottom of my ramp. And lucky I had my carer bring it in for me. Because I personally couldn't bring it in myself with an injury I have.

Good. As I buy from you online I would have liked VIP at your recent Epping sale. I drove the first day 1.5 hours, waited in the line for an hour to be told it would be another 2 hours. I couldn't wait that long so drove home - another 1.5 hours (in total 4 hours for nothing). Not a good experience which made me very disappointed.
