My order amount exceeded the amount for free delivery, however it tried to charge me delivery. I was then told free delivery was disabled and I shouldn’t see that, yet I did and showed them. They were very nice about it but it took a few days to sort which was a little frustrating. Then the order arrived a good few days late which was also frustrating
