Received the wrong metal in wrong size. Customer service is terrible and did not correct this situation even though my order form was clear that I had been sent the wrong item. Very unhappy. No response from seller after escalating complaint on PayPal. Been over a month and still nothing has been resolved. Do not recommend this company. Terrible experience.

I reached out to your shop about a month ago letting you know how disappointed I was in not only the fit of the ring, but service, or lack thereof, that I received. The ring was delivered to me an entire month after I purchased it. When it finally came I was so excited since I really needed something to help my ADHD that was subtle and stylish, only to find that it was enormous on me and I couldn’t even wear it.
