I love this small business and feel good about buying and using their products. I appreciate that they also have an ‘eco-friendly’ option to have soaps wrapped in paper vs boxes on shipped orders. All their soaps lather well, are moisturizing and feel good on the skin. They also ship super fast.

I have never had any issue with this company, it has always been a great experience all around. I did learn, after being a regular customer for a few years now, that if you decide to add on after you have made your purchase, you will be charged shipping. I was super disappointed by this. I had exceeded the free shipping dollar amount, so I qualified for my order to be shipped for free. However, after I decided to add on one more bar after submitting my initial purchase, I was charged shipping for it. Maybe it's a Shopify thing, but there is no forewarning that you will be charged shipping if you don't spend another $50. The discounted add-on price is negated by the shipping charge. I do not recommend doing this.
