Customer service rep Ruebin was on the ball, quick to offer me a refund or allow me to reorder. For health reasons I ate Michael dates so I chose to have the reorder sent but they were only slightly better, still resulting and having to throw away nearly a quarter of them, and put up with the discomfort and unpleasantness of eating hard, chewy dates. I'm used to better but that company went out of business so I wish I had asked for the refund instead of a reorder.
