The ordering process worked well going through my phone. Making the jersey took every bit of the processing time quoted, but I was warned about that so not a big deal. The shipping seemed to take extra long though. I'd have expected domestic shipping to be much faster. There was an error with the name on the back of the jersey, but customer service handled it well when I brought it up.

I’m not a patient person. So being informed helps a lot.
The only issue is that I couldn’t track my order. I was told the shipping label number got recycled. Weeks of waiting got me a notification that my package was delivered, 3 weeks before I made the order. I like knowing where things are so the crack head porch pirates don’t steal from me. And if it was delivered and placed in the sunlight, I can change my schedule, go home, and take it into my house.
