I ordered the wrong item and send an email within 30 minutes. I then sent a follow up email a week later asking for a refund, but the item had already shipped and was received. It's been almost a month since I ordered and the item is still in the box and I would just like to return it back for my money. I'm sure the item is as advertised but I find the lack in customer support disturbing. Will be contacting my bank shortly and not recommending this website to others unless they know exactly what
