I had an old pro frame damaged during the ice storm. I on beaded 2 pieces replaced. Was told pieces not available. When i got the total new frame all pieces were interchangeable, old pieces fit new frame, new pieces fit old frame. I didn’t need a whole new frame, would like to return the new frame and get only the 2 pieces I need.

The frame of the net is not sturdy. I decided to purchase this more expensive one after going through a go sports in less than 2 months. The side barriers are very different in length. I reached out to customer service and support and have not gotten a response from my email and no one showed up for the google call that i got confirmation of.
