Great! This was the second backcountry bundle I have purchased from them. One for a Christmas gift for my husband and the for a high school graduation present. The second one was delivered without the power bank. When I reached out to Last Light and let them know they had one in the mail to be shipped the NEXT day! I was super pleased with their prompt response and resolution on the matter.

The order I placed did not ship for over a week due to a “free shipping promotion” they were running. The order was held until the end of the promotional period before it was shipped to me. that hold for shipping was not advertised or communicated . When I asked about the delay in shipping, I was provided feedback it was on the website and every page of the shipping process. I asked for a screen grab of the posted information. No one responded. I don’t believe that the hold was posted online.
