I had the worst experience with this product and the company behind it. The product is terrible – it is out of tune and it has a manufacturing defect that prevents it from opening and closing smoothly.
To make matters worse, the customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. They refuse to accept returns, won’t send a replacement, and won’t even refund my money. It’s shocking how unhelpful and unprofessional they are.
Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this company. You’ll regret it as much as I do!
