When I ordered my products the process was easy and quick. I didn’t receive my wooden pick so I emailed customer service. I received an immediate response acknowledging receipt of my inquiry and an email explaining the product was on back order. With ten days I received my pick and an email asking if my issue was resolved to my liking. Very professional and friendly customer service!

The package was returned to the sender without any prior notification or updates provided to me. When it finally arrived, some items from my order were missing. Additionally, communication strategy, quite aggressive.

My shopping experience was very frustrating because, I ordered and paid for the products on December 1st, tunant2025, and my promised delivery date was December 13th, 2025, and the it was changed to December 19th, 2025, but I did not receive my order until January 5th, 2026! And unfortunately there is no live Customer Service Agent that you can reach or communicate with in order to follow-up on your order, Only an AI Generated emailing system!!
