Love all the products I've used. I did have a situation where my conditioner and body butter was melted and had leaked thru. I didn't like the process and the length of time it took to resolve the issue but RR was helpful and assisted in the process. If I was a "new" customer this may have soured me on the brand but since I already knew the quality of the products, this made it just an inconvenience and not a deal breaker.. Overall I love the brand and the products and am a daily user!!
