My overall experience was disappointing due to an extended wait time added to my package, totaling nearly three weeks. I noticed that the delivery date was pushed back by three days, and later, the package was marked as delivered, prompting me to reach out for clarification. The package was returned to the sender without any prior notification or updates provided to me. When it finally arrived, some items from my order were missing. Additionally, communication strategy, quite aggressive.

My shopping experience was very frustrating because, I ordered and paid for the products on December 1st, tunant2025, and my promised delivery date was December 13th, 2025, and the it was changed to December 19th, 2025, but I did not receive my order until January 5th, 2026! And unfortunately there is no live Customer Service Agent that you can reach or communicate with in order to follow-up on your order, Only an AI Generated emailing system!!
