I was pleased that when I called the company I was able to quickly speak to a live person and while my package did arrive a late, they were completely apologetic about the delay. I just think going forward there could be some better packaging techniques that they could benefit from as it should not take two weeks for orders to be fulfilled and then take another two days for the package that has now been boxed to be shipped.

I purchased as a Christmas gift two weeks before the holiday shipping should have taken 3-5 days. I received it after New Years. Your advertising was off the charts 2-3 texts/emails a day. Your supply and processing of shipments should have been able to meet the demand. Reaching out to your AI Customer Service was very frustrating.

AI chatbot customer service agent was trash, i felt VERY disprespected. Being IGNORED for almost a month after placing my order was infuriating. Resisting the urge to flame every single ad and post on social media can be attributed to a lack of time and a busy schedule.
