Website is fairly easy to navigate and ordering is also easy. I dislike that I clicked on a pop-up to add pain gel, free on my second order (placed today) but that item does not show up on my order summary.
On my first order, the gloves I ordered, after measuring as directed, were too large. They were replaced quickly and I was directed to keep the gloves from the original order. I thought that was very kind and I donated the too- large gloves to our church's Free Store. Thank you!
