I ordered their knee compress and it caused me a lot of pain so the company sent me a new one in a larger size absolutely free. They did not try to argue with me or anything and just was extremely friendly and helpful to try to make sure I got the product I wanted and the results I am looking for. I would definitely size up because the tightness can be a bit much at the top of the band that it actually can cut into your skin and be painful. Sizing up is necessary.
