I originally ordered a medium sized knee sleeve and felt it was a little too tight so I asked for an exchange and they not only sent a large size quickly but told me to keep the medium size sleeve which I was not expecting to hear. Very pleased with this level of customer service!

I wish you could make the calf sleeves with a tall option. The larger size is great but it is around 3 inches too short. My wound care nurse said it isn't good to layer items over each other because it makes indentations.
