per my measurements I needed a LG....very soothing to sleep in....but not for daily wear and errands. After a long day the LG sleeve had slid to the top of knee cap...not good support at all! I requested to return the LG for a Size MED. Thankful there was no cost to receive a smaller size. The size MED caused pain and soreness in my knee. Again...MED was soothing to sleep in. At the end of the day with errands, housework, etc...the sleeve was sliding again.

I was told that the foot sleeves are the ones that have the band around the bottom of them. But everything is received had a band around the bottom, even the ones marked as knee sleeves. So I'm not sure i received the right items. I ordered size small knee sleeves, and medium foot sleeves but they were all exactly alike.
