Expensive to return - which is a shame as when ordering via an on line only shop you don't know if the clothes will fit or suit. Why do you have to wait to see if your return is accepted? And slow delivery - I was told this was due to black friday volume....so work over that weekend?? Not very impressed to be honest - a disappointing and expensive experience. Also misleading photo's of the models with all the sweatshirts either tucked in or folded up.....just make them shorter?
