I called customer service about the little locking feature that is new this year on the Ranger Hybrid stand (saw it on one of Cody's videos) and no one answered and I did not leave a message. Within ten minutes a representative called me back and sent me the part to replace the locking pin for just the cost of shipping. Top notch company! I don't think I'll be buying from anyone else.
