Took a bit longer than I thought, which is understandable. I would have liked to have more communication while my stuff was being made. Also when my clothes arrived there was quite a strong smell I think maybe from the dyes? Unsure. It washed out fine but it was off putting. Now I love my New clothes.

The communication was quite weird. I messaged them on whatsapp initially with questions about the dress itself and measurements, and then I kept receiving "half information" over whatsapp (like "we have news about your order" but not saying which news") as opposed to a proper email (which came eventually). I also didn't why I gave my measurements when I made the order and then I got a link to submit more measurements, why not all in one go? In the end it was all fine.

Spent $80 dollars on the dress and when I wanted to return it for a refund it was a pain. They wanted pictures of me wearing the dress, which to be honest made me uncomfortable at first. After several emails, I got only two options: free remake of the dress or $20 store credit. Not sure why I didn’t get the amount I paid for the dress in store credit. Now I’m out of $60.
