They also sent me countless ASUS barrel connector adapters while I was troubleshooting why they were wearing out so fast (the problem ended up being the design of the ASUS barrel adapter, my OEM replacement charger also wore out incredible quickly). Customers are basically punished for trying out this line out products... open it and see if it works as advertised, request a return within 30 days because the barrel is loose and am denied because it's close to 30 days? Then the agent retracts the statement and requests a restocking fee? When I asked for this to be waived as no such fees are applied for Amazon purchases, I have not heard a response since.
