Support agreed it shouldn’t have been delivered that way and sent a replacement, but that one showed up in a torn, reused Amazon box held together with tape. The whole experience feels unprofessional, and I don’t trust the products after seeing how they handle packaging. Tried to return everything and was told I’d have to pay my own shipping back to China. I’ll just take the loss, but the company left a bad impression.
