I had "4" negative issues during my shopping experience! #1 . I paid $39 express shipping and then never received the express shipping. I had to contact the seller to ask my items were not delivered express to get a strange excuse as to why they went domestic instead. I was told I would receive a refund in a couple days-I received no refund. Several days later, I had to contact seller again about no refund and they gave a strange story about a issue with their bank and that they would now issue it. I finally received it after two tries. #3. I received the wrong Item in my order. I contacted seller with pictures and everything and the seller said they would reissue the correct item. #4. The item sent as replacement was still incorrect. I still have not received the item I ordered and paid for. Yet, they want me to drop the claim I have with PayPal. I don't want to drop anything until I receive the correct order bc i no longer trust the company at this point.
