Real easy, but the website should give you a little more detail when you are doing custom orders to ensure that the company is getting exactly what you want from a customization standpoint. I had to call to make sure that they recieved my order with the custimization part of it and had I not called they would have never seen it. Other than that I still give them 5 stars as that issue can easily be resolved.
