I ordered my merch two weeks in advance received my order and it was the wrong size. My online order says XL and I was sent a 5XL. So I sent it back. Now I have to pay $40 for it to be sent priority mail. I am paying for the Winter Industry mistake. I was not offered priority mail. I asked and paid for priority mail. Needless to say I cannot recommend nor do business again Winter Industry. Really great at responding to emails and I appreciate that.
