Really poor communucation on the companies part. I had to email to find out where my rings were. I got "busy time of the yr" response, so it will take longer. They took at least 5 weeks to arrive, if not longer. If i had communucation maybe every wk, i think i would have been ok with that, but it got to the stage i thought i had been scammed as the rings werent arriving, and the company was not communicating with me.
