My first set of rings came and I never put what I wanted engraved on my mom dog ring and I messaged the company cause my dog of 17 years passed away and the ring was very very setamental so tbey sent me a whole new ring engraved free! I plan on ordering alot more ! And the rings are adjustable and very thick band so no worries of adjustable and it breaking! My daughter has the hands from heaven one and never ever takes it off! I highly recommend this company!
