Pretty poor experience overall.
Shopify theme is over-designe often obscuring functionality.
Pricing is not good, but they are the exclusive distributor so you are locked in. When questioning why I could import parts cheaper I got a combative response (seems a theme).
Account registration was broken.
They don't answer their live chat queries.
Took a phone call with a combative and defensive support staff member until eventually getting directed to someone more knowledgeable.

A few days after completing the purchase, you notified me that the promotion ended 2 days prior to my purchase. WHY then would you still offer it at checkout? This purchase would never have happened if I knew the Zero Percent purchase offer had lapsed. You tricked me into a purchase and covered yourselves with small print. That was my LAST.
