First picture failed to print correctly with the words cut off. Following this being raised a new one was sent and was exactly the same showing no quality check having taken place and total disreguard for customer satisfaction. Then because it was wrong at 2 attempts they refused to try again. Very dissapointed daughters for Mothers Day. I will not use Bellisima again.
