All straight forward and efficient. The packaging is lovely and whimsical, always makes me smile. For years, my previous orders didn't save in my log-in. That would make it much easier to order. Also, I dont think many people, including me, are aware of the people who own Davines and the provenance and ingredients that are in products. I know they are amazing, You should do some stories. Also, I dont think I have ever received a newsletter email from you. You could educate us on Davines.
