First I ordered a ring and moon phase bracelet for my daughter’s birthday on 6/12. Nothing arrived, no email to explain why! So I contact you. Ypu tell me after I’ve waited several weeks you don’t have the ring size I ordered, offered a larger size and offered a bangle free for my trouble. Then the ring and free bangle comes, but still no moon phase bracelet for. I reach out once again and after multiple emails back and forth I’m told the moon phase bracelet would be shipped. Nothing arrived!!
