Bought three necklaces to be used as gifts for various different occasions. One the necklaces had glue on it and looked worn, the other one already had gold vermeil peeling off straight from the packaging, the last looks like a design oversight making it look cheap. Customer service did refund me for the two necklaces with product flaws in the form of a gift card, but I would prefer to just return the product and get a free refund.
