Very disappointed with their customer service. There is no proper channel of communication other than via. WhatsApp (Which is reverted to after 2 to 3 working days). One of my saree was out of stock, although they asked me to share another available saree from their site, after doing so, there was no confirmation from their end. It has been more than 20 days, sti haven't received my order

It would have been great if Ethnos had updated their inventory and not accepted payment for an out-of-stock item. They did refund the difference when I decided to not select a substitute.
