I had high hopes but it feels really cheap and poorly made. I have had a terrible experience with trying to return it and can't get a response back or someone to answer my calls. They expect me to trust I will get a refund after sending it off when I can't even get ahold of them. And on top of that, they want me to pay shipping and take 25% of the refund for a "restocking fee." What a joke, terrible company that is insuring they will never get future business from me or anyone I know.

I got a biomax. It doesn't have a pack box just a bag. The bag is deformed on an edge. The machine has no inscription, no label on it. It doesn't look like it's original. In a video I watched the machine had a HALIPAX inscription. Moreover, there is no guarantee certificate (guarantee) .
Therefore it does not comply with international standards of trade in electrical and medical equipment.
In addition, after a few seconds the maximum 15-20 applied to the forehead area triggered a hemorrhage through the nose.
I'd like to return it.
Although I contacted the trader by email, for a week I did not receive any response.
Not recommend!
