Luckily the shipping was good and it arrived on time. I had read some reviews where shipping was delayed but seems that was an issue with the holidays.

Waited 2 months and never received my package, got the tracking and it was sent to the wrong address in another state. Never got the package, no customer support, or refund. Terrible shopping experience

You provided no warranty on the defective clasp and I paid full price for the replacement and it has the same defective clasp as my first bracelet! Your bracelet is absolutely stunning and beautiful but its clasp is not good at all!!!

I ordered two bracelets from Yaluum and only received one. Despite providing documentation and sending numerous emails to customer support, my concerns have largely been ignored, and I have still not received the second bracelet that I paid for. Wrong product was sent. I've been trying for 4 days for a return label. Customer service want me to put the necklace on and take a video - I have NO idea what that is going to prove. Just get me a return label. This is my 7th purchase from you - and the person on your customer support call center does not understand basic English. Her/His manager should spend time going through scenarios so the customer experience is not horrible. This is very frustrating, and I expect more from you guys.

The wait time for the product and waiting to see when it would be shipped. For the client to have to wait and keep asking when, your customer service team should have been following up with the customer and letting them known when and offered some type of compensation. I
