World Spice as a company was great to work with when trying to resolve an issue with an order. The customer service rep got back to me in a timely manner (within 24 hrs.).
My only complaint is their website. The UI on the site is a bit clunky and the automation around ordering needs to be cleaned up so it completes the tasks that the messaging claims.
