I love the product and am willing to pay the high prices for quality but it is a bit disheartening when you receive several that are not the width they are supposed to be and only a small discount is offered. Shipping it back is more costly and not worth it so you’re kinda stuck. Increase quality control if you are able and consider a more reasonable discount when things aren’t right.

I've always been pleased with the handmade heifer and have spent thousands with them. Until I had an issue and they weren't willing to fix it unless i mailed the blanket back to them and have their seamstress sew it and send it back. I didn't have time to wait for that and having spent just $700 the week before I emailed with the issue, I'd figure they would be more helpful. Also very slow response. They lost a customer. Too many minky companies to stick with one that doesn't care.
