Misleading product. Doesn’t work well

When i unpacked and set it up (which was easy to do) I turned it on and could not get a Clear picture on a white movie screen, that i use for other projection camera, more than 2 feet way from screen, I thought maybe there was protective plastic on leans i missed there was not, the focus knob turned as far as you can both ways and I get a clear picture that is maybe 25 inches wide. after that blurry. I tried on a white wall, the screen it came with. and it is not a clear picture 25 inch

Shipping taken a while, wrong size screen delivered. Still awaiting reply back from yourselfs

I buy many things online and I can honestly say this was the worst one if your product was any good you wouldn’t be charging people to return it to China

Bad Sound, bad picture. It is too expensive for this quality

No accountability from the customer service team, refusing to provide full refund for a defective product and unwilling to provide prepaid shipping label to return the item, thus providing an economically unfeasible option that exceeds the value of the product.

Device was much smaller than I expected. Quite easy to connect to the internet in my home, with a good picture quality, and it is quiet. Would appreciate more guidance on how to hang the included screen.

The advertisement was a lie. It said the screen was free standing and 100 inches and neither of those things are true. It is a cheap piece of fabric with no way to stand it up outside. Additionally, the projector did not work in even almost dark outside area. All advertisements were lies. I would like my money back. This was the worst Father’s Day gift I have ever given.

Terrible

The projector does not function properly with any method. The game hdmi stick doesn’t work, the mirror from phone doesn’t cast larger than phone screen. The remote doesn’t respond well. I’m not able to use it effectively and regret wasting my money.

What was delivered is not even close to the advertisement.

The sound quality isn’t the best. We find the speech to be out of sync when using a Bluetooth speaker but inaudible without one. The set up was not easy but we did get there. The visual quality is OK but like watching old style tv back in the 80’s with a blurry edge. For outdoor use it’s only visible from dusk. A little bit disappointing overall. Would not recommend.

Came in just fine but remote response is super slow and hard to toggle thru to get things to load and play
