The customer service was polite, responsive and professional, and I appreciate the way they handled my messages. However, the product itself is very disappointing and falls far below the expectations created by the advertising. The image quality is only acceptable at a very short distance, but the lens shows significant optical aberrations, making text difficult to read clearly. At around 1.8 metres, the focus adjustment reaches its limit and the image remains blurred. The audio quality is poor

Funktioniert nicht

Delivery took a very long time, and the product does not match the advertisement.

There is no brightness adjustment and the screen in not 100 inches more like 50.

The return policy is not great. There should be a place to return it in the country one lives.

Doesn’t focus very well still blury

This is a poor projector. The image is very fuzzy and won’t focus unless you projectile a screen size of 25^ at best - definitely notvHD

On time it works perfect but the remote its not performing well

First order went missing, which was down to courier Evri I think, but the whole saga has been a nightmare, I purchased this thinking I could watch World cup matches but it's not very good.

Trying to return the product under their 30 day money back guarantee-as advertised no questions asked …. instead of reimbursing us they’re asking us to trouble shoot the issues for them. We’re not interested in keep the product just want our money back.

We would give you two stars. The product was not good and it did not meet our expectations.

Poor quality poor light progection unit defaulted to 180 upside down and langue’s setting changed to a different language. Even when I attempted several time to restore to engish it didn’t happen

The camera seems to work well, it arrived in a timely manner, which was good. I was surprised only that it is unusable in the daylight.
