Ordered picture, never showed up. Only after several emails did I get it. The process was frustrating. Also your billing was confusing. I paid for the picture and wood frame. The bill indicated I’d paid for two items but didn’t dpecify what they were. It said that one was delivered immediately. I didn’t receive anything immediately, did I make a mistake, should I call them. These were the thoughts that went through my head.
