I ordered a total of three pictures on 4/26/26. Out of the three pictures I ordered one, the "glass" was damaged, and all three had plexiglass instead of as promised, real glass. I contacted the owner on 4/30/26. I did not receive replacement until until first week of June, 2026. This time the frames had glass, but they failed to send one of the three. Each time I have sent an inquiry, the owner "Chris" would acknowledge my inquiry, but would never provide follow-up. He is no longer responding.
