I’ve waited patiently for the lost parcel as described. Courier admitted fault and sent me a confirmation slip. Skin65 won’t send me the product out again because I haven’t done proof of postage of this slip to them. The confirmation form is irrelevant as dpd have admitted it’s their fault.
