The product was great, and I love it. My only complaint is the long radio silence after the order is placed. I understand why this silence exists, but the delay between placing the order and shipping was just long enough to make me seriously start to question if my order had gotten lost. I don't need step by step tracking through fabrication, but it feels like there could be some sort of update.

Someone then contacted me, suggesting that curved bars might not suit my watch, so I chose straight bars, but I never received a refund for the curved bars.
