I was sent a return instead of a new product so I was missing my 45 day trial and I’m not sure if there’s something wrong with the unit itself.

Once going it a great l, but getting it to connect to a local network was a pain!

I was unable to use my 45 day free trial, so inevitably I purchased the life time membership. Practice data seems very good, but courses are very bland to play. Even playing some of the nicest courses in the world, they just seem ok not great. Hills don’t appear very big, no buildings, etc.

The app is spotty but the monitor works well

Best for the money and features. Regular updates. Good customer service. With gspro integration it’s unbeatable

Rapsodo customer service does not follow through and accept its own advice, costing me extra money.

not the product i was hoping for

It’s a wonderful device! Can’t wait for the PC app!!

Buying it was no problem. Got it in a timely manner. Missed shots and occasional disconnects are a problem. I don’t like that stats only come from practice and combines. I don’t like that fairways and greens in regulation and putt totals are no longer included on the course’s scorecard. I don’t like that video speed can’t be set to a default. It’s the only one I’ve had, it’s cheap, maybe I expect too much. Rapsodo app is all I use. There courses are good enough for me. Courses I use most.

Unable to tall to anyone about my issue

When I explained my issue returns were approved quickly.

I think Rapsodo products are made with the intent to help golfers improve learning how their game is!

Still having issues with the mlm2pro. Waiting on support. So far not a good experience with support. Trust your customers when they say the unit stopped working. It's not our setup because it has been working fine for months. Thx Mike

Carter and his team have been easy to deal with, and great every step of the way. Just the hardware and software im having issues with.

Customer service gives you something and then quickly closes the ticket.

Would like more selection

Absolutely horrible product

Saw great reviews. Used MLM prior and thought this would be a great upgrade. Wow that was a mistake. Customer service was no help and basically blamed me for device not loading data to the app. Very disappointed and now my free trial has expired due to known synchronization issues with device and app.

I do not like the new subscription service but the customer service is great and the equipment is awesome
